Transfer box foundation brick masonry: The masonry adopts the mortar with the label of 100#. The saturation of the brick masonry mortar is not less than 80%. The surrounding corners, bottom edges, and windows need to be painted, and the wall width is 24cm.

Base mortar plastering: The plaster is generally marked with 100# mortar without special conditions. The thickness of the internal plaster reaches 1.5cm and the thickness of the external plaster reaches 2cm. The plastering wall should be tight, compact, smooth and not empty. Drums, no flying thorns, no breaks. If there are special circumstances such as flooding around the well, increase the cement grade and thicken the outer batch or add a leakproof agent.

The contact area between the transfer box and the base should be smeared with "character ash" to prevent water ingress.

Pouring of optical cable transfer box foundation: The transfer box foundation requires a 10cm thick, 150# concrete foundation, and debris should be removed before pouring the foundation.

The distance between the base of the transfer box and the manhole and hand hole is generally not more than 10 meters, but it must be laid with galvanized steel pipes or plastic pipes, and small passages are not allowed.
